I think its a pretty awesome place. I have gone four times since I came up to Wa. I hope that if it ever gets turned into a themed bar, it should be a Contemporary Rock/ Urban music bar. I think tiki bars are over rated. I don’t think I would ever want to go into a tiki bar in Spokane because some of the bigger women… might put on bikinis.. Beer goggles are great but not in spokane….

Just a look into the future: the City of Spokane, when it was performing the planning for the rehabilitation of the Latah Creek Bridge, designed in light rail. So when we build westward to the airport, this area contains a potential light rail system stop.

I been looking into that shuttered Photo hut that’s right behind you where you took that picture. I think it would make a great Tiki bar. The owner has to be tired of paying property taxes on a unit that has been empty for ten years.

I’m excited to check this place out asap, but I admit that I’m more than surprised to hear that it’s not all ages. That’s a choice of the business owners and event coordinators, who will undoubtedly lend more color to the music community. But if there is any interest at all, I’d encourage them to still look into some all ages programming. Then let us know how we can help.
