While Jon does occasionally cover certain alternative sports like ultimate and rugby, I see his primary domain as all of outdoor sports and recreation. That is a topic area that is large and significant enough to justify its own specialist (Jon). Notice the above post did not mention: *snowboarding *down hill skiing *rock climbing *biking *hiking *camping *hang gliding *skate boarding *sky diving *cross-country skiing *snow shoeing *water skiing *wake boarding *kayaking *canoeing *rafting *roller skiing *diving *fishing *hunting ...and many more I can't place at the moment. I still think there is need for a commentator on mainstream sports that it is not realistic to expect Jon to fulfill. Hm, I have to disagree with you on that one.
